Thank you for all you did and for making the selling of my home go so smoothly.  I wish you had been on this end too -- what a nightmare! When I arrived in Georgia, I discovered there were more than some minor problems with the purchase of my home here.  The title was not "clear," and the former owner had to be contacted and persuaded to sign a quitclaim deed.  It appeared the seller's Realtor was not doing anything to facilitate this.  Closing was delayed beyond the contracted time, and I ended up paying rent for four days. In the end, it was my son-in-law's ideas and my Realtor's efforts which eventually resolved the matter.  I would certainly recommend you to anyone I knew who planned to sell their home.  -- Marilyn Pierce
