Brevard County has been my home since 1990. Louis has had the joy and thrill of being my husband for 14 years. My spare-time -- what spare time??? -- activities include gardening and working on an old riverfront cabin we bought a few years ago.
After A LONG TIME working as a Court Reporter, I earned my Real Estate License and left the legal world. Since most attorneys don't have a sense of humor, I was tired of not laughing for 24 years. A natural love of people, plus a lifelong interest in real estate, led to my new chosen profession.
My first-year sales in 2005 were $6.6 million, in 2006 were $6.7 million, and in spite of the dramatic market downturn, in 2007 I managed to sell a respectable $3.7 million. While many agents were forced to move on to other professions due to lack of work, I stayed busier than ever in 2007. In March 2007 my assistant Angie came on board and has been a great help. She is bilingual and speaks fluent Spanish, which has been an added asset due to the increase in the Spanish-speaking sector of our population. 2008 is shaping up to be even better than 2007, with 15 transactions and over $2 million in sales by June 30. Please visit my sales stats page for more information.
Due to changes in the real estate market in the past two years, many people have found themselves "upside down," where the value of their property is no longer worth what it once was. Some have mortgages in excess of market value; some of those mortgages have adjusted upward, making it hard to keep up with the payments. As a result of being called upon to help those in need, I have gained considerable experience in short sales. It is a time-consuming process and can be stressful for sellers, but for some it may be the only reasonable answer left. If you or someone you know must explore that option, your most important decision could be the Realtor you choose for the job.
I am thrilled to be a Re/Max team member, where I have access to the newest technology available, as well as the support of a strong group of get-it-done type people.
My philosophy is to take care of business in a professional manner, using the skills I have to find good solutions for all parties, solutions where EVERYONE IS HAPPY!! Different people have different needs. I will provide the services necessary to meet those needs by listening, getting the right parties involved in the buying and selling process, and developing a plan that suits my clients' best interests.
IT WOULD BE MY PLEASURE TO SERVE YOU. THANK YOU FOR THE OPPORTUNITY.
